This page explains how to delete your TCG Portfolio account and the personal data associated with it. TCG Portfolio is operated by Oisin McNally ("we", "us"). You do not need the app installed to request deletion — the email option below works on its own.
Deletion takes effect immediately. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Email tcgportfoliodev@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete my TCG Portfolio account".
To protect your account, please send the request from the email address registered to your account. If that is not possible, tell us and we will verify your identity another way before deleting anything. We aim to complete email deletion requests within 30 days, and will confirm once done.
This data is removed from our live systems without undue delay and purged from backups within 30 days.
Some data collected before deletion is not erased individually when your account is deleted. It expires automatically under our standard retention periods:
This means some of this data associated with your past use of the app may persist for up to 12 months after your account is deleted. If you would like it deleted sooner, say so in your email request and we will action it, subject to any legal obligation to retain it. We may also keep limited records where required by law or to resolve disputes or security incidents, and we delete those once no longer needed.
